Re, Publication in Disseration Abstracts -Reply

My understanding of the original question was that the "journal"
Dissertation Abstracts International was the source in question, not a copy
of the dissertation itself which could be obtained on demand.  If the former,
then the necessary information must be provided in the abstract itself, and
the description would be valid - if the latter then Neal is correct and it is not
valid.
