Autonyms in or out

Dear all,

I am currently involved in compiling a checklist of the synonomy of a
plant genus with some notes on the geography of accepted taxa.

When taxacom readers pick up such a check list do they expect to see
autonyms listed?

For all taxa? For only the accepted taxa?

I'd be grateful if anyone who has a strong opinion would send me a yes
or no directly or perhaps comments to the list.
