Herbarium News? ASPT?

I've subscribed to both Herbarium News and Systematic Botany/ASPT.
It has been many months since I've seen a new journal/newsletter from
either.  Does anyone know the status of these publications?  I worry
that the infrastructure of the plant systematics communtity is
disappearing!  Should I be aware of any other publication(s) mirroring
the role of Herbarium News and ASPT?
