I am attempting to compile a list of WWW sites that provide access to
information about the vascular plants of the Southeastern United
States (specifically North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida,
Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana).

One example would be Wunderlin & Hansen's Atlas of Florida Vascular
Plants at the following address:
