Herbarium News? ASPT?

All members of the American Society of Plant Taxonomists, which publishes
Systematic Botany, and all libraries that subscribe to the journal were
notified that publication has been delayed because of changes in the
editorial office.  The first issue for 1996 (21(1)) was shipped last week
and the journal should be back on schedule by the end of the year.

Additionally, the ASPT Newsletter currently exists only in electronic
format, but members will be able to request hard copy in the future.
