pollination biology help request

This is to introduce a young lady, who is currently associated with the
bug closet and is about to embark on a vast venture. she will be taking
the intro to ent course this fall, but as an undergraduate in the honors
program here has decided that she wants to investigate (at the suggestion
of her faculity advisors, Dr. Walter K Taylor and Dr. I Jack Stout)
pollination of obscure little flowers. (bellie flowers???) in any event,
here is her rquest. i will send it out to the nets also in afew moments
but i wanted you to be among the firt to get a crack it at. any and all
help would be most welcome and may be directed to her own e-mail address

My name is Jackie Smart and I am in the University of Central Florida
Honors Program which offers an Honors in Major degree (an undergraduate
thesis) I am currently working on my thesis at U.C.F. involving the
identiication of the pollinators of several endemic plant species.  I have
begun gathering data on the following: _Lupinus aridorum_, _Lupinus
difuscious_, and _Piloblephis rigida_.  I will be adding more species as
these exit their flowering seasons. I am interested in the Asteraceae and
Annonaceae families. The thesis will span two years (through fall 1997).

1.  I am interested in gathering any information on these species and in
general, especially pollination biology, reproductive data or any other
related subject.

2.  A list of bibliographies or names of researchers working within
these families would be extremely helpful.

3.  Suggestions for techniques would also be appreciated.  I have ordered
_Techniques for Pollination Biologists_ by the Univ. Press of Colorado.
However, personal experiences would probably be more relevant.

4. Contact with anyone who has worked on the pollination of either _Lupinus_
and/or _Piloblephis_
