I am trying to track down the e-mail address of M.J.E. Coode at Kew
Botanical Gardens.  His area of specialty is the Elaeocarpaceae.

Also, does anyone out there know what permits are required for
collecting/field studies in New Caledonia and Australia (Queensland and
the Northern Territory).  A contact in each country would be extremely
helpful.

I would appreciate any assistance that might be offered.
