Nat. Cancer Inst. in the Plant Systematics biz

Because plant systematists may not peruse the National Cancer Institute
grant programs very often, I thought I should pass on some information
regarding a call for proposals from them.  The NCI is making three awards
available for the collection andd taxonomy of plants in
a) tropical Africa, especially Madagascar
b) southeast Asia, especially Papua New Guinea
c) continental United States
