Icecream in the Rain Forest

Several months ago, I posted over Taxacom an essay entitled "Icecream in
the Rain Forest," discussing my reasons for spelling "rainforest" as one
word instead of two. It has come to my attention that someone somewhere
(probably Australia) reprinted the essay in a newsletter without telling
me. I have no objection to the piece being printed, but I would have
preferred being informed about this. Does anyone have information on
where and when it was printed?
