Dear M. Fortuner,

You have to understand, the Internet was started by militarists and their
academic whores. When your business is developing better ways to kill and
maim people, commerce (even at the level of offering one's home for rent to
visiting colleagues) is simply impolite.

I suggest you either learn "Netiquette" or apply for a grant to study the
development of biological warfare agents.

 Please do not make such an egregious faux pas again.
