We are looking for a program to
* show data stored in our databases
* producing contour plots (crigging)
During the last months, I've seen some messages on this list about GIS and
CARTOGRAPHIC programs. Except for IDRISI (and perhaps ARCINFO, but this
program is too expensive for us), I didn't see any program capable in
producing contour plots. Some programs (as e.g. Atlas GIS) provide tools for
writing your own applications. However, we do not have a programmer here.
Does anyone know if such program has been written (and is available) for any
other mapping program?
