Dear Don,

>>. Nor would it be practicable, as a routine
procedure, to offer descriptions in a language other than our mother tongue(s)<<

I can tell you that all czech, polish, hungarians etc. scientist do not use
their mother languages for description, our local scientific journal does not
accept them. They use english, german or french.

Why?

Czech language noun has 7 different forms for singular and 7 for plural in 7
forms as masculine, 7 as feminine and 5 neuter, Verbs has 5 different forms for
singular and 3 for plural. They have latin alphabet but with accents we get 42
characters.

In Australia you always find some migrants from other country, but for Indian
scientist will be impossible. There are not any czech - hindu dictionary.
