Help?! Insect Pest Distributions

I'm not sure if we use this beetle in our Biol. pest control program in the
green-houses of the Utrecht University Botanic Gardens. But ...

We have some very serious troubles with the Biological Pest Control, caused
by tropical ants (a very small orange-brown and a larger black species).
These ants keep away the predators from lices. Does anybody know a solution
for this problem (biological one please)?
