Language of Descriptions

Dear taxonomists,
similar discussion was on ICZN-4 few months ago. looks that no one will take the
risk to put down any rule, we are all scared to be called racists etc.
There will be only the recommendation to use some languages.

The situation will soon get worse when will be published descriptions in some
local languages as a maori, ngoa-cho ( Papua N. Guinea has around 1260
languages) ... etc. to suport being of indigenous.. people. No dictionaries
available.

I am still fighting with description of some Tenebrionidae in chinese described
by Jing Ke. There is no any picture only what I can understand Latin name and 12
- 15 mm. That is  all.
