Australia does not need Agriculture.

The Biological and Chemical Research Institute at Rydalmere will be
closed on 1 February 1997.  We will be transferred to 14 different locations
around NSW, up to 600  km away.  The (new Labour) Government will sell our
buildings for $16 million.  I am being transferred to Orange, other people
to Tamworth, Yanco, Griffith, Trangie, etc.  We are moving next June
(1996). Those who do not want to go, will have to resign!

Labor government (under Japanese and Indonesian supervision) decided that
Australian does not need Agriculture at all.
