Research Award Opportunity

The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and the Organization for
Tropical Studies announces five research awards funded through a grant
from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Applications are invited from
established investigators in all fields of ecological and evolutionary
biology to conduct comparative research between STRI and OTS field
sites in Panama and Costa Rica. Awards include summary salary for up
to each of three years and appropriate travel funds. Successful applicants
are expected to apply other resources to support research. Open to all
nationalities. Applications accepted until 31 Dec. 1995. Address inquiries
