Bad taxonomic keys

I agree with Robin Panza.  As a writer of keys, it is not my fault if
someone doesn't collect specimens properly and I can't be expected to
take into account all possible incomplete specimens.  That's why we write
descriptions - use the key as best possible for the incomplete specimen
and then compare your material with the full descriptions of the
possibilities.
