That is a dandy idea. Question, who pays for database management? re
databases and abstracting services, please peruse article in july or
august Scientific American devoted to analyze science in the third world.
Even not in third world e.g. some German Universities to mention one case,
not everyone has access to a net. I am concerned with providing access to
as many people as possible.
