Why not have a central database administered, whereby all new
descriptions must be submitted here in a "correct" format. Any that
were inadequate could be refused. With Journal cooperation it could
be made a prerequisite for publification. In this way forthcoming
articles in the Xanadu Local Digest would be referenced correctly
both befre and aftre with an actual publification date.
