I am finishing two book chapters on the subjects mentioned above.  ALthough
I think I have almost all pertinent literature I would be grateful for any
anecdotal information not planned to be published.  Of course, I will
indicate the information as pers. comm. and acknowledge the help in the
Acknowledgments.
