Interesting Web Sites/Newsgroups/BBS

As a biologist who is a relative newcomer to the internet, I am requesting
suggestions from anyone who can provide me with internet addresses for any
interesting web sites, newsgroups, BBS, etc.. particularly focusing on
aquatic entomology/inverts, limnology or related topics. I would be happy
to assist others interested in benthic macroiverts.
