What can we do about it?

Where is it written that only smart and educated parents can have smart
and educated children?  If that were the case, most of us would be
considered dumb because our parents probably were not among the smart and
educated.  The key is education - educating all people so they may deal
with these issues.  Those of us who have access to knowledge have an
obligation to make it available to all others!
