I think discussion of (some) manuscripts is legitimate matter for TAXACOM, but a better way to go about it is to deposit the manuscript as a text file in some FTP- or Gopher-accessible site, then post a pointer, and perhaps an abstract, to the List. Then persons with an interest in the topic can go-get it if they wish. Barry Roth
