We seem to be lacking a null hypothesis here:  perhaps a certain proportion
of all humans who read Lewis Carroll quote him!
One needs to compare the frequency of citation by biologists with some
other "control group(s)"--Reader's Digest, anthropology journals, computer
science publications, math journals, ???
