USDA APHIS regs on non-indigenous organisms

I have just received the Federal Register statement published yesterday
(FR 60(54): 14928) EXTENDING the comment period on the U.S. Depa. of
Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) proposed
regulations on import and movement of non-indigenous organisms in the USA.
The new deadline for comments is May 26, 1995.  The proposed regulations
were originally published in Federal Register 60: 5288-5307.

APHIS has also scheduled an additional public hearing in Honolulu, April
6th, at the Airport Holiday Inn, 10 AM to 3 PM.
