taxacom and manuscripts

Dear Taxacomers,

I got a complaint that putting a manuscript on Taxacom for discussion may re-
sult in people's computers getting jammed or high costs for collecting such a
long message. Sorry, sorry. I thought the paper was "short" enough. Mea culpa
etc. etc. On the other hand, getting 40 messages about how to control the
worlds population is a fine way to skyrocket my own expenses and I wonder if
we are solving anything here. I think we had better prepare for a global eco-
system turnover and make the best of it.
