new CD-ROM by A. Gomez-Pompa, et al.

I'm trying to obtain a copy of the new CD-ROM Las Cycadas de Mexico
authored by Dr. A. Gomez-Pompa, et al., that was announced in the ASPT
Newsletter 9(2): 72.  Does anyone know if a US distributor exists and if
so, how one would go about ordering a copy?
