Subject: research on diadumene leucolena

I am a student at Brooklyn Coll. and I am doing a research on the sea
anemones -Diadumene leucolena- that was collected in Jamaica Bay in N.Y.
All published references to this species indicate that no asexual
reprocuction occur, but in our study (that we conduct in lab) we notice
only asexual reproduction by a process of longitudinal fission.
