You can find out how to get a copy of the _draft_ 4th edition
"for discussion" version of the ICZN by sending email to
LISTSERV at CMSA.BERKELEY.EDU, with a one-line message saying:

get iczn-4 welcome

You can also subscribe to the ICZN-4 discussion list by adding a second line
saying:

sub iczn-4 Yourfirstname Yourlastname


I don't think there is an online copy of the current version of ICZN.
