Manual for Tropical Herbaria

A local freelance botanist is interested in obtaining reference works on
herbarium techniques for a colleague of his in Malaysia.  Can anyone tell
us about the availability of "Manual for Tropical Herbaria" by F. Raymond
Fosberg and Marie-Helene Sachet, Regnum Vegetabile Vol. 39 (1965), or other
relevant resources?
