Elaine Hoagland's message brought very welcome news about NBS.
An extra digit crept into the phone number for the Senate switchboard,
however; it should be:  (202) 224-3121.  The Senate's gopher says this
switchboard can connect you to any senator's office.  Let's flood them
tomorrow morning!
