madagascar literature

Perhaps someone who knows more about the African herpetological literature
could help me.  I've encountered vague references to a work by someone
named Boettger who, in 1913 (I think), made some taxonomic judgements
regarding Madagascar crocodiles.  Unfortunately, none of the papers I've
seen has given a complete reference, and the UT on-line catalogue doesn't
know what I'm talking about.  Barbour referred to it in 1918 (Bull. Mus.
Comp. Zool., 14:475-516).  If anyone knows the complete reference, or knows
where I could see/obtain a copy, I would appreciate a response to my
