fees for providing data

        The schedule of fees listed for Carnegie Museum of Natural History was
included in error (inadvertent) in Paisley Cato's summary of data fee
schedules.  CMNH's policy on this matter is still evolving, and the posted
schedule of CMNH fees, (borrowed by CMNH from the California Academy of
Sciences) is under internal discussion.
