We desperately need a photocopy or reprint of the following journal article:

Zhou, Wenbao and Jinlai Wei.  1979.  Two new species of the order Odonata in
Zheijang.  Hangzhou Univ. J. 4:110-113.

We suspect that Hangzhou may be misspelled.
