Yes, as a matter of fact it would be IVIEI.  A late spiderologist named
Wilton Ivie has many spider species named after him: Xus iviei; Yus
iviei; etc.  We pronounce the specific epithet EYE-VEE-EYE, though if one
wanted to Latinize it a bit, I suppose it would be EE-VEE-AY-EE.  Damn,
my tongue is stuck in my cheek.
