Azucena

[Sabina Swift]

I believe you are referring to tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L.), which
has a fragrant flower with grasslike leaves.  I believe it is Mexican
plant, grown in the Philippines and in Hawaii.  In the Philippines, we
also call it Azucena.
