ICNCP 1995 online?

Thanks to Piers Trehane for the background and other comments on the
possibility of putting the ICNCP 1995 online.

The issue of technical difficulties pales beside the more fundamental
problem of making the decision within the botanical community to explicitly
address online publication for this and other, future documents which
are key references for the biosystematics community.

It is now time that no professional society or other biosystematic
organization ever again ignore and fail to officially address the need
for online internet access as a mode of publication and dissemination
of critical community-wide documents and information.

So, hopefully, Piers' suggestions will be acted upon sooner than later.
