ICBN online?

Wouldn't it be great to have the ICBN (International Code of
Botanical Nomenclature) available at a web site? It would be much
quicker to look up things and search for particular topics than it
is now with the bulky and extremely expensive paper version. Moreover,
there could be an associated newsgroup or list for discussions of
proposals for revisions of the code. The ICZN is already there, what
are we waiting for....
