Comments on ICZN 4th Draft

I understood your point of view about 5 years period for Zool.records but....

When I have seen how many papers are missing in Entomological Abstracts, I get
little suspicious about Zoological records, and... I have few chinese books,
with ISBN codes etc, with new supscription with never appear in Zool.Records.
