Deposit of type material

        This is a no-brainer.  The principle is correct.  Type specimens
(and an equitable subset of the entire collection) should be deposited in
the source country (in this case, Mexico) and in an institution that has
the necessary infrastructure to guarantee the long-term maintenance and
access to this material.
