Hi from Prague, the heart of Europe
...Now the Code states that this should be 'a widely used language'.
How wide a language must be?...

In this case chinese and Hindu are most used languages of the world, and I am
too old to learn chinese or hindu language.
I prefer if there will be clause:  has to be in english, german or latin
