SERFIS On-Line.  A severe thunder storm in the last weekend completely
shutdown our SERFIS server, and created a problem that had denied
access to SERFIS On-Line in the last two days.  Fortunately, we have
had the system back in order since yesterday evening (7:00 pm Central
Time, October 25, 1994).  We appologize for the above inconvenience
to colleagues who tried to use SERFIS On-Line in the last several days.
