Kudzu Patch - Internet World

Wondering if anyone who has seen the Nov./Dec. '93 issue of Internet
World recognizes the leaf photos that accompany the "Report from the
Kudzu Patch."    Are these Kudzu leaves that just look extremely different
from the standard three-lobed leaf? Or maybe a different species than the
common Pueraria lobata?  (To me, they look as if they belong to a member of
the Apiaceae.)
