       SERFIS Temporary Shut-down

On Wednesday (Dec. 21) at 8:00 am CT, SERFIS will be halted
for system upgrading.  We plan to add a hard disk to the SERFIS
system so that we can place more data to our on-line system.
For installing the hard disk, we may have to halt the system
for hours, and the on-line service will be disconnected during
the time of this system upgrading.
