Cluster ananlysis programs

I am looking for taxonomic cluster analysis programs that can process
large numbers of OTUs (~1300 strains) and run on a PC.  I heard that Wayne
Madison of the University of Arizona is putting together a directory of
numerical taxonomy programs, but I have not been able to locate him or the
list, Does any one know where I can get more information on these types of
programs?
