proposals (in accordance with the Forum results) (5-15 July 1994).
United Meeting of the Forum participants
- Report of the National Organization Committee: "Declaration of
the Forum: "About national ecological policy of Russia".
- Supplementary reports of the main parts of the Declaration and
the most important complex and having a special purpose ecological
projects and programmes (supplementary reports will be chosen from the
best problem reports, submitted at the Forum).
- Taking the Declaration "as a basis".
The 2nd International Scientific-Practical Congress
and the Exhibition-Fair "Ecology of Russia"
Reports R & D and production of the whole spectrum of ecolo-
gy-oriented economy, science and technology, service sphere will be
presented at the Congress and the Exhibition-Fair. United Theme of the
Congress Sections and Exhibition-Fair exposition.

relations).
- Air protection (cleaning technology, monitoring, having a spe-
cial purpose programmes).
- Water protection (cleaning, water management, resources, prog-
rammes).
- Land-protection (production and consumption waste management,
processing technologies, secondary resources, cyclic technologies).
- Resource-saving and ecologically-clean technologies and produc-
tion.
- Territorial ecosystems, economy, investments (territorial in-
dustrial complexes, regions, Russia as a whole, global ecosystem).
- Measuring, monitoring, analysis.
- Medical and ecological R & D and services.
Synchronous holding of the Congress and the Exhibition-Fair, as a
single whole, with a united theme, gives an opportunity to present for
the Russian ecological market the products at all stages the Technolo-
gical cycle - from complex ecological economic projects, scientific
ideas and R & D to the production and sale of finished products.

"Green book of Russia" will be published as a set of booklets in
10 parts:
Part 1. United meeting of the Forum participants. Declaration of
the Forum "About national ecological policy of Russia". Theses of the
repots. Information. Advertising.
Parts 2-9. The 2nd International scientific-practical Congress
"Ecology of Russia". Sections 1-8. Programs and theses of the section
repots. Programs of the previous (the 1st Congress "Ecology of Rus-
sia-93" sections. Informations. Advertising.
Part 10. The 2nd International Exhibition-Fair "Ecology of Rus-
sia". Catalogue of participants of the previous (the 1st Exhibiti-
on-Fair "Ecology of Russia-93". Information. Advertising.
Report theses and firm annotations will be published in Russian
and English. The book will be published by the time of the Forum open-
ning.
Open Report meeting "Ecology of Russia"

Meeting of the National Organization Committee "Ecology of Rus-
sia" with founders and invitation of the Forum participants. Discus-
sing and confirming of the Forum results. Adoption of the measures
programme "Ecology-95".
The World Forum "Ecology of Planet Earth. The third thousand
years". "Green book of Planet Earth. The third thousand years".
The National Organization Committee plans to hold the measures of
series "Ecology of Russia" yearly, timing to the 5 June - The World
Environment Day, enhancing the experience, scale and level of organi-
sation of the programs included in these measures, in order to: hold
The World Forum "Ecology of Planet Earth. The third thousand years" on
5-15 June, 2001 in Moscow and publish "Green book of Planet Earth. The
third thousand years".
The National Organization Committee "Ecology of Russia" expects
that the World Forum-2001 will be one of the Russian contributions to
the "Rio process" started by the high-level UN Conference of Environ-
ment and Development (Rio de Janeiro, 3-14, 1994).
The National Organization Committee "Ecology of Russia" is sure
that a high status of the National Forum "Ecology of Russia", prog-
rams, a strong interest which the Russian and world business communiti-
es, international environmental and financial organizations display to
these programs, and active support and direct participation of the
highest state authorities of Russia in the Forum programs will give
every participant an unique opportunity to strengthen prestige of his
company, sign the most profitable sale and purchase contracts, as well
sa contracts for diverse projects and services, joint co-operation ag-
