Source code for reading DELTA format

Dear Joe and Rick++,

Thanks for your prompt reply to my request on source code for reading
DELTA data. I will try to get Jason Nunn code at Australia via FTP.
If it interests, my intention is also to develop a DELTA editor - in
Portuguese, in an attempt to make this format more used here in Brasil
(but especially for my OWN use, since I think it is terrible to maintain
DELTA files...).

P.S.: Rick, could send more information on your work at Zimbabwe? It seems
interesting...
