    I spoke to Bruce Smith about your C. pepo request and he and his
colleague, Wes Cowan, have sent off all the information they have
accumulated re C. pepo to you, including their recent publications
on the subject.  This data includes all the specimen information
for our collection (US), although the majority of the material is
currently housed in the Dept. of Anthropology.  He also suggested
a contact which you may have already made:  Deena Decker-Walters
performed the allozyme analysis for their studies.  She's at FTG,
but then I suspect you knew that!
