Another correction to ASPT Newsletter "Electronic Disc. Lists"

The LISTSERV address reported in the "Electronic Discussion Lists" article
in the recent ASPT Newsletter for POLPAL-L was a hybrid of the BITNET
and the INTERNET addresses.  The correct addresses are:

INTERNET:  LISTSERV at VM.UOGUELPH.CA
