Request from the University of Zagreb

We received a request for information from a faculty member
at the University of Zagreb.  He is trying to develop
animal and plant data bases in connection with geographic
information systems.  We have identified the majority of
groups or programs he lists.  However, we are having
difficulty identifying contacts and addresses for the
following:

International Specimen Information System (ISIS)
Databank for Italian Flora and Vegetation
European Taxonomic, Floristic and Biosystematic
  Documentation System
